Is askKira DfE-compliant and GDPR-safe?
Yes. askKira is built to align with UK education guidance and safeguarding frameworks. We act as a data processor under UK GDPR and never train models on user content. All data is encrypted, stored in the UK, and processed under strict security protocols.
What happens after I sign the contract?
Once we receive your signed Order Form and Wonde access is granted (or staff email list is shared), we’ll complete onboarding within 5 working days. All staff will receive their login details automatically.
How do I customise Kira with my school or trust’s behaviour and policies?
With your personalisation dashboard, you can upload policies, values and your ethos to ensure Kira behaves like one of the team.
How much does it cost?
askKira is £2,450 per year per school. Multi academy trust and multi year discounts are available.
Can we stop using askKira if we change our mind?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
